There are only three teams left in Southern Nevada that are undefeated. Although Gorman looks like they really have something going this year, the other two teams have played a much tougher schedule and although Gorman will take the #1 ranking, which team do you actually feel is #1.

Bishop Gorman: The Gaels are loaded in talent this year and the results on the field have proven it but they have played one of the easiest schedules in the state this year. The toughest teams they have played are Durango and Desert Oasis so far and neither team looks capable of making the playoffs in either of the toughest divisions. Both actually gave the Gaels a little fight and the Gaels were forced to put things in overdrive to pull away.
The Gaels do feature a very talented line and a fast backfield. They have great size and are very physical but the question remains what would they do in the big divisions.

Legacy: Legacy has had one of the toughest schedule in the to get to the point of being undefeated taking on Cimarron, Liberty, Arbor View and Palo Verde to get to this point. They have a very physical and fast defense that has limited two of the best rushing attacks in the state.
Offensively, they have a great one, two punch in Devin Wiedemann and DeShea Edwards that can provide plays in the clutch and help them finish game.
The controversy fall into the luck they have found to beat Cimarron and Palo Verde but they were still in position to win and finished the games.
The Spartans dominated the toughest opponent that the Gaels have face thumping Durango 54-7 this week but didn't get past Legacy.

Del Sol: Like Legacy, the Dragons are coming off of back to back games versus undefeated team as well as knocking off an undefeated Las Vegas team. No one has played a tougher schedule than the Dragons and they are as physical as they come on both sides of the ball. Evan Weinstock and Dezrick Reed provide the heart for this team while they have some impressive player throught the roster. Although the Dragons weren't suppose to be here, they are moving towards a possible fourth straight shot at the Sunrise Title game and play big, in big games.
The only knock on Del Sol is that they may not have the team speed of Bishop Gorman and Legacy but they finish games on the field and can grind out a big win.

Theres no doubt about it..legacy has proven that this year there not a team to be played with..they have the best defense in the state and has multiple weapons on offense..del sol is a great team but has a tendacy to not put opponents away.which is why teams like basic give the dragons a scare..and off course gorman is always good..but as long as they keep playing a weak schedule theyll never get better...legacy is battle tested..knocking off 4 ranked teams including state runner ups palo verde..who before facing legacy outscored their opponents 206-48...lonhorns are no doubt the best team

Watching the Gators last night, I was surprised they didn't look any better than they looked versus Gorman.
The Gaels are supper fast and physical but as a whole I think the play on the field team by team has taken some majors step back this year. I like the top of the Northwest but to find two legit teams in the rest of the divisions is very tough. This is the first year that I recall expecting to see an uncompetitive game week in and week out on the football field.
I don't know what has changed but the game is getting really sloppy and the fundamentals on the field has taken a turn for the worst.
That is damaging for future recruiting IMO as you have to question the level of competition if it continues.
