Coronado's Bolin commits to Portland State

Another 2019 prospect took his name off the recruiting boards this week as the Coronado Cougars darter Samaj Bolin committed to Portland State.

An outstanding athlete with great speed, Bolin is expected to play cornerback in college though he also has the versatility to work out of the backfield as a running back or develop as a slot receiver as well.

He bring high upside on the edge with the ability to play isolated in man coverage as well as the awareness transition and read in zone coverage. He plays with quick hands and smooth hips showcasing a competitive edge on the field.

Portland State has rarely ventured into Nevada to recruit prospects but the program should land see efforts pay off with an excellent player in Bolin.
