DO blank Western to close the regular season

The Desert Oasis Diamondbacks coasted to an easy 47-0 victory over a shorthanded Western Warrior team that fielded only eighteen players.
Ronald Hunt scored three times on an eighteen touch 105 yard night as the Diamondbacks was barely challenged running up a 27-0 halftime lead.

Defensively the Warriors were able to get in the way at times and kept it close in the first quarter and were set up to go in at the half down only 20-0 but with just about 50 second left in the half, The Diamondbacks made a quick 50-yard plus drive that was capped by a Roycen Shepherd touchdown.
In the second half, the starters came out quickly to add another Hunt score before making way for the younger players to get some work.
For the Warriors, they struggled as they attempted to run the four wide receiver spread offense without a true quarterback and strong receivers. They did show a glimpse every once in a while with the team's very speedy backfield but the lack of gazelles on the edge and spotty blocking showed why the team has struggled mightily despite a good base of talent.
The Diamondbacks move on to the playoffs in the second year of existence as they get ready to face off with Palo Verde next week on the road.
