Gaels' DE Kaumatele chooses the Utes
The Utah Ute filled a tall order landing a commit for Bishop Gorman defensive end Falcon Kaumatele Tuesday night.
Originally slated as a tight end for the Gaels, Kaumatele has developed into a well rounded defensive end over the course of his career becoming an impact player off the edge. That is the position where he will begin his career in college with a moldable 6-foot-8 220-pound frame.
With smooth athleticism and great straight line speed, he has the chance to be a special player and has an impressive list of brothers who have come through the college football ranks.
