Signing Day: Nevada sees 61 more players chose 4-years schools

Joining the 19 players that signed in the early signing period, 51 Nevada football prospects signed with four-year college on Signing Day. That makes 70 players locked in with programs currently with starting the Fall signing period.

A highly productive running back in high school, Harrity developed into a playmaking receiver at the junior college level with skills in the open-field averaging over 90 yards per game. He should bring immediate production for the Aggies this season.

Northern Colorado made their first venture into Nevada coming away with an impressive group of kids. Wilson had a dominant high school career logging 17-sacks as a junior who can play an early role.

He is joined by a trio of Desert Pines players. Stewart showcased major big plays skills as a running back averaging over 12.5 yards per carry and Wade is a very physical inside linebacker prospect. Brown brings upside as a hefty offensive guard prospect.

Portland State has now recruited Nevada for three seasons coming away with great athletes each year. Engel is a well coached offensive tackle prospect from Bishop Gorman while Maningo is the state’s top pass rusher logging 17 sacks as a senior. Both are capable of emerging as contributors early with the ability to develop on the edge or interior.

Both have the ability to develop at corner or safety next season.
