Hailing from the same school as Nacua, Liberty Patriot defensive back Allan Mwata has been a BYU target for over a year and decided to commit to the program over the weekend. Well built and aggressive, Mwata is a player that attacks the ball with the ability to develop as a corner or safety in the future. Highly competitive, he also logged an offer from Florida Atlantic this recruiting cycle.

The Cougars also extended an off this week to Arbor View defensive back Isaiah Herron. Coming off of a great showing at the Rival New Speed Combine, Herron is another versatile defender in the defensive backfield. A high school corner, he showcased very impressive speed and earned All-Sunset honors for his play on the edge.
