Walker, Wallace and Johnson add offers

Several Nevadans added offers this week as the football season makes way for the recruiting season. Here is a look at a few that will be mulling their options this winter:

Desert Pines cornerback Tony Wallace (5’10 180) made the most of his senior season while helping the talented Desert Pines football team take the 3A Nevada Championship. His talent and skill didn’t go unnoticed as he logged his fifth offer of the recruiting cycle as the Arizona Wildcats add another option for the talented senior.

After Colorado took an early pre-season flyer on his potential, Wallace has added offers from BYU, Hawaii and UNLV as well.

With impressive physical skills, Wallace may have a long path to a Signing Day decision.

Another offer for Walker

One of the most effective inside linebacker in the Nevada this season, Silverado’s Jordan Walker (6’1 220) made a commit to the Air Force Academy before opening up his recruiting option landing a new option from Southern Utah.

A transfer from Radford (HA), Walker proved to be a heavy hitter in the middle with good speed and a college ready body. He also holds offers from UNLV, Colorado State and Northern Arizona

Gaels’ Johnson grabs his first offer

One of the most effective players on the Bishop Gorman offensive line, Amir Johnson (6’2 260) is a bit undersized for some programs in the trenches but makes up for it with his technique, athleticism and tenacity at the point of attack. The team’s top senior in the trenches, he grabbed his first offer from Adams State.

Developing an impressive roster of Nevadans with a team appearing ready to make a run for the playoffs, the Grizzlies may prove to be the right fit.
