Jamaal Evans commits to Utah State

One month ago, Centennial quarterback Jamaal Evans wavered on his commitment to attend the University of Nevada. After choosing to decommit from the program and reevaluate his option, Evans is more sure of his decision this time and plans to play for the Utah State Aggies.

A strong contender to challenge for All-Nevada honors at quarterback despite the presence of 4-Star Bishop Gorman quarterback Tate Martell and Liberty's super star passer Kenyon Oblad, the Bulldog star is being recruited as an athlete with the Aggies that could land on either side of the ball in college.

At 6'2 200, Evans has an outstanding frame and plenty of explosiveness accounting for 36-touchdowns in his first season as a full time starter.

Holding offers from Nevada, UNLV, Weber State, NAU and Idaho; Evans is poised for a huge senior season in the valley with a very high ceiling as a college football player
