With Southern Nevada high school football players forced to sit out the 2020 season due to Covid-19, many seniors will be facing their first action on the field since their sophomore season. Here is a look ahead to the 2021 season and the seniors projected to shine as recruitable prospects among the linebackers:

An excellent defender with outstanding burst off the edge and prototype length, Snelling is a highly productive player on the field with well-rounded overall skills. One of the nation’s top 20 outside linebackers, he has his choice of schools.

Flanagan used the cancelled year well adding muscle to his frame while maintaining his excellent overall athleticism. He lacks the offers but should be the top contender for 4A defensive player of the year as a senior.

Pollard is an edge linebacker with a knack for playing behind the line of scrimmage as a pass rusher and versus the run. He holds an offer from the New Mexico Lobos and will be the key to the Crusaders defense as a senior.

Johnson is a large framed athlete that fills many roles For Spanish Springs with the athletic skills to develop as a tight end, defensive end or linebacker in college. A key rusher in high school, he showcases the speed to develop into a college standout.
