Several players garnered offers this spring

The spring has seen a great flow of school in the Las Vegas area to evaluate talent with several players garnering offers during the period. This class continue to show high end talent and depth that should see a deep class of signees next February:

CB Malik Hausman Bishop Gorman 5’11 175

With offers now from UNLV, Nevada, Hawaii and Colorado State; Hausman will challenge teammate Alex Perry as the top overall cornerback prospect in Nevada this recruiting cycle. He has shown outstanding coverage skills this offseason with plenty of speed on the edge. A physical corner that excels in space, he is outstanding football player that has the skill to be an early impact player in college.

S Greg Francis Bishop Gorman 6’2 190

Navy hit it big with former Gael’s wide receiver Jamir Tillman and they are the first to get in line for another talent in Francis. With great size, Francis delivers versus the run and has shown more instincts versus the pass.

He is the player that completes the Gaels’ secondary and also has an offer from Adams State.

CB Mike Sims Arbor View 6’2 185

Another outstanding defensive back, Sims brings versatility. His ability to play at a high level at any position in the defensive backfield has attracted early attention with Idaho, Weber State and UNLV placing offers this spring.

Arguably the most complete defensive back prospect in the state, he is off the a good start this cycle.

WR Savon Scarver Centennial 6’0 180

Scarver has had an outstanding season on the track so far this spring taking Sunset Title in the 200m and the 110m hurdles over the weekend. That speed has attracted offers from Idaho, Nevada and UNLV this off-season.

A complete receiver great hands and the ability to get over the top of a defense, Scarver garnered plenty of looks from several programs that could see his list of suitors grow substantially.

OL Edgar Burrola Desert Pines 6’6 290

Shifting over from Palo Verde, Burrola has made an early impression for the Jaguars this offseason bringing in offers from Idaho and Adams State. A prototype with good athletic skills, Burrola has major potential in what should be an extremely explosive Desert Pine offense.
