Top Nevada offensive line prospects to watch in 2019

This week, four former Nevada high school offensive linemen are expected to be drafted into the NFL and many prospects in the valley have found success in college. The 2019 class has plenty of talent and depth to that will be looking to showcase their talent on the field this season.

The Gaels bookend offensive lineman, Taylor plays with great balance and shows explosion through the hips. He has great hand placement when engaged and has great athleticism in space. The most well rounded prospect in Nevada this season.

He can play any position on the offensive line holding several early offers this off-season.

Fautanu needs technique refining and more consistency but he brings huge physical upside. A great athlete, he is capable to picking up blocks downfield with good quickness and power. With edge athleticism, Fautanu is also an excellent interior lineman prospect as well that has continued to add offers.

Fautanu also has interest as a defensive line prospect.

Arguably to best pure athlete between the Liberty duo, Yates is also a bit raw but has huge physical upside and a pure offensive tackle prospect. He has to show more consistency with hand placement and footwork but he has good pass blocking skill with impressive lateral quickness.

With long arms and huge physical upside, he logged his first offer from UNLV recently.

A physical lineman, Dooley plays with power on the edge with good hands and a great frame. He shows good footwork in space and with great intensity when engaged. A high school offensive tackle, he projects as a guard in the future continuing the flow of excellent rural Nevada prospects to the college ranks.

A good athlete, Davis brings position versatility with the ability to develop as a right tackle or guard in the future. With good bulk, Davis shows good feet on the edge as a pass blocker maintaining good position and showing good knee bend. He is also a strong run blocker that can pick up defenders at the second level.

Davis should garner options over the course of the process.

Very well coached, Briggs has very good strength and at the point of attack showcasing the ability to to play with leverage and finish blocks. With good energy off the snap. He has quick hands and good feet maintaining a great technique.

Recently offered by Tulane, he is a player to watch this season.

Top Underclass Prospect to Watch   

A rising rural Nevada lineman,Wallace is an athlete with a great frame and great flexibility. He has the ability to develop into a high end edge player on offense and should see interest grow as a junior.

Other 2019 Offensive Linemen Prospects to Watch   

A versatile lineman, Rose is a good athlete with excellent size and long arms. He need to show more discipline with his feet but shows the lateral quickness to develop.

A standout in track as well as football, Fauls is a pure guard prospect that plays with a good motor off the snap. He shows the ability to transfer energy through his hips and has great upper body strength with good speed.

A large framed pure guard, Bonkavich has good flexibility and very strong hands at the point of attack. He has to develop a better motor and show more consistency but he has the physicality to be a player on the collegiate level

A efficient blocker with good athletic ability and movement in space, Benitez is highly effective with a strong upper body. He has the ability to develop into an early impact player.
